A Message from the Executive Director

Forty years is a milestone for us, but really it's a milestone for the region. We've carried a generation of commuters, students, and neighbors across hundreds of millions of miles, and in the process helped shape the economic and cultural footprint of Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park. In the past few years, we've extended that reach into Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties, and more recently into Warrenton and Front Royal.

That growth says as much about how we've changed as an organization as it does about how the region has grown. We think differently now about what transit does for people's lives — so we added microtransit, opened up weekend service, and rebuilt legacy routes into faster, more direct trips. The last decade has been transformational, and it's put OmniRide at the forefront of regional mobility.

None of it happens without our Board of Commissioners, whose vision and steady support gave us room to innovate, or without the operators, mechanics, and staff who deliver that promise every single day.
