NVTA Seeking Public Feedback on Transportation Projects

The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking public feedback on a list of 27 proposed projects submitted by Northern Virginia localities. These projects, totaling around $1.2 billion in funding requests, include improvements to bus transit, rail, roadways, transportation technology, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and intersection and interchange upgrades. The public comment period goes through May 17, 2026.
