Facility and Program Administration Specialist - OmniRide
OmniRide, a public transportation agency located in Prince William County, Virginia, is seeking a detail-oriented Facility and Program Administration Specialist to support daily facility operations and key organizational programs.
This role maintains accurate records, prepares departmental documents and reports, assists with procurement and budget processes, and provides excellent customer service in responding to facility-related inquiries. The position also supports organizational initiatives such as records retention, FOIA requests, and serves as backup to the Board Clerk for meeting coordination.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with administrative processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. An associate degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. A valid Virginia driver’s license is necessary, and occasional evening meetings are expected.

Starting salary range: $57,607 – $74,890 annually, commensurate with experience, plus attractive benefits. This position is primarily in‑office with the option for occasional telework.
