Customer Experience & Service Communications Liaison - OmniRide
OmniRide, a public transportation agency located in Prince William County, Virginia, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience & Service Communications Liaison to strengthen communication between PRTC, contract management, dispatch, operators, and riders.
This role ensures timely, accurate, and empathetic information flow across all service touchpoints while supporting a culture of accountability and exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include improving rider communication protocols, coordinating customer service and empathy-focused training, enhancing operator engagement, and helping ensure service issues are addressed proactively. The position also leads education initiatives, supports recognition and incentive programs, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict-resolution skills and experience in customer service or transit operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with public agencies and contractors is preferred.

This is a part-time position. Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 2pm-7pm. Starting rate is $25/hour.
